The Round Table Discussion provides an opportunity for members to connect and collaborate on common issues and struggles. There will be facilitators available to help guide discussions, but the event will allow for the organic sharing of ideas and group problem solving.

There will be several tables at the event, and each table will feature a different discussion topic. Discussion topics may include the following:

Compliance with Pay Equity Laws.

Total Rewards Strategies for Hot Jobs.

Performance Management/Pay for Performance

Changing Trends and Laws on Parental Leave

Emotional Health Management

Total Rewards Strategies in a hot market--Employee Benefits and Retirement Plans

Talent Development

Recognition

Attendees are encouraged to bring questions/real life scenarios to discuss with the group.

The event is free for all members; however, we ask that you preregister to determine an accurate attendee count.

Speaker Information:

Vivian Vo is a Compensation Partner at In-N-Out Burger, where she spends her days deep in the world of pay – digging into market data, building salary structures, and answering the ever-popular question: “Is this role leveled correctly?” Since entering the field, Vivian has developed a strong interest in how data and storytelling come together to drive thoughtful compensation decisions. She values simplicity and enjoys breaking down complex compensation data and concepts into clear, approachable insights that are easy to understand and digest—much like the In-N-Out’s menu.

In her role, she partners closely with business leaders to design and support compensation programs that reflect the company’s longstanding commitment to fairness, consistency, and quality, helping ensure pay practices align with both the business needs and employee experience.

Vivian earned her B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and is currently working toward her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
