Matt Green is a Senior Associate within WTW’s Work & Rewards business and has been with the company in various roles since 2012. He has experience with Change Management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Organization Design, Broad-Based Rewards Strategy, Salary Structure Design, Career Architecture, Total Rewards and Job Evaluation. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries including technology, finance, education, food service, health care, manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations.
His recent engagements include:
- Supporting the enterprise-wide of an organization including running analytics, organization design modeling and project management
- Supporting the development of WTW’s approach to Career Management, Competitive Pay Analyses, Salary Structure Design and Career Architecture
- Benchmarking jobs (broad-based and executive) to align with WTW’s Career Map methodology across multiple industries and organizations of various sizes
- Developing Salary Structures and broad-based compensation strategies in Technology, Education, Health Care, Pharma and Manufacturing
- Incentive planning for executive and non-executive employees
- Job Evaluation based on WTW’s Career Map and Global Grading System methodologies
Education and Credentials
Matt Green finished an advanced Japanese-language acquisition program at the Kansai Gaidai University (関西外国語大学) in Osaka Prefecture and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Roosevelt University with summa cum laude recognition. He has been recognized with WTW’s CEO Circle Award for his work both internally and externally relating to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
