Our presenters from LTC Performance / IMA Compensation will be:
Norb Garrett serves as LTC’s Managing Director. In this role, he is responsible for the timely effective & efficient delivery of LTC’s customized compensation & performance solutions. This includes Executive, Board, and Short/ Long-Term Incentive compensation.
Prior to joining LTC, Norb spent 25+ years as a senior executive and entrepreneur, building and operating entertainment, media and lifestyle businesses. He serves on several boards and is a frequent guest speaker at conferences and events.
Zachary Hanks is LTC’s Client Solutions Director. Since joining LTC in 2017, he has supported a wide range of private, publicly traded, and non-profit organizations. These initiatives include the design, development, and implementation of Benchmarking and Base Compensation strategies and structures, Executive Compensation studies, designing Short/ Long-Term Incentive Plans and developing performance management strategies.
He earned his MBA from Grand Canyon University in 2023.
