    Our presenters will be: 

     Mark Chen, Senior Director, Executive Compensation & Board Advisory at Willis Towers Watson (WTW)  

    Mark has over 20 years of experience advising corporate boards and management teams on executive pay and governance topics including strategic incentive design, talent market segmentation, pay-for-performance alignment, proxy advisor policy application and shareholder engagement approaches.

    He leads engagements with organizations from a range of industries including airlines, banking, consumer products, high-tech, life sciences, media, manufacturing, not-for-profit and real estate.

    In addition, Mark is a frequent guest speaker on executive pay for World@Work and regional total rewards associations.

     BJ Firmacion, Associate Director, Executive Compensation & Board Advisory at Willis Towers Watson (WTW)  

    BJ Firmacion is an Associate Director in WTW’s Executive Compensation and Board Advisory consulting practice based in Los Angeles.

    With ten years of experience consulting with clients in both North America and Southeast Asia, BJ has focused his work on executive and non-employee director pay benchmarking, incentive design and pay-for-performance assessments. He has worked with management and compensation committees of organizations from a wide range of industries including consumer goods, restaurants, real estate, life sciences, airlines and not-for-profit healthcare among others. Prior to joining WTW in February 2015, BJ was a project manager at Equilar, an executive compensation research firm and data provider where he worked for three years.

    Education and Credentials BJ earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

     Hannah Fowler, Analyst – Work & Rewards at Willis Towers Watson (WTW)  

    Hannah Fowler is an Analyst within WTW’s Work & Rewards consulting practice based in Seattle. Hannah has experience supporting both executive and broad-based compensation engagements.

    Her work has focused on executive, non-employee Director, and broad-based pay benchmarking, incentive design, peer group development, proxy analysis and Career Framework and Job Architecture design.

    She has assisted both public and private companies across a range of industries, including consumer goods, retail, airlines, and healthcare.

    Education and Credentials Hannah holds a B.A. in Economics from Scripps College in Claremont, CA where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
