Tom has been consulting with businesses on compensation and executive benefit issues for over 30 years. He is a frequent speaker on pay strategy issues and has authored numerous articles on topics related to compensation and executive benefits. He is a VisionLink’s chief strategist and innovator.

Sheila leads our Human Resources Support Services team and brings close to 30 years of HR experience to our clients. Prior to joining VisionLink, Sheila was a Chief Human Resources Officer for a global manufacturing company. Her career spans all facets of Human Resources with comprehensive and in-depth experience in HR Strategy, Compensation and Benefits Design and Administration, M&A's, Succession Planning, Career/Job Paths, Performance Management, HR Policy & Compliance and HRIS Software Implementations.
