With all the focus on equity and closing wage gaps, pay analyses have become an essential tool for U.S. companies. But are you taking the time to ensure your analyses are consistent with applicable pay equity laws? Not doing so could result in creating or exacerbating serious legal problems. In this session, an employment law attorney from Jackson Lewis will explain the patchwork of legal requirements, common pitfalls and best practices to ensure your analyses are legally compliant.
