About the Speaker: Mae Lon Ding is President of Personnel Systems Associates in Anaheim Hills, California. Ms. Ding has consulted in the area of employee compensation and performance management for over 35 years. Her clients have included many prominent employers including PacifiCare, TDK, Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, and Wells Fargo.
She teaches compensation design, management, and legal issues for the professional certification program of WorldatWork and has taught at University of California Irvine and other universities. Her articles have been published in Personnel, The Personnel Journal, The Chapman University Economic Review, and the Journal of Compensation and Benefits.
Ms. Ding's outstanding expertise in her field has been noted in the Chicago Tribune, the Orange County Register, and Working Woman Magazine. Ms. Ding is author of Survey Sources for U.S. and International Employee Pay and Benefits, a directory of over 1500 surveys. She is a past president of the Association of Professional Consultants, has been on the board of the Forensic Consultants Association and of the Orange County Compensation & Benefits Association.
