Benefits offerings are a critical component for organizations to attract and retain an effective workforce. In order for employers to remain competitive in this area, it’s important to understand what benefits are commonly offered by other organizations.
Join us as the results from the Society for Human Resource Management’s annual benefits benchmarking survey will be shared. We will discuss which types of benefits employers and employees think are most important, as well as which employee benefits are offered by employers, their prevalence, and societal factors that may be influencing employers to increase or decrease their offerings.

Daniel Stunes, SHRM-SCP, Senior Researcher, SHRM
Daniel Stunes, SHRM-SCP is a Senior Researcher with the Society for Human Resource Management’s Research Institute. In this role, he has led various research projects including those on Paid Leave; Immigration; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; workplace impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic; Empathy; Alternative Credentials; and benchmarking studies for Human Capital, Talent Access, and Employee Benefits.
Daniel joined SHRM from Walmart where he worked as part of multiple HR centers of expertise including Surveys, Selection & Assessments, and Performance Management. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Drake University, a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Fort Hays State University, and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa.
