Once organizations began accepting employees inside their buildings again, they had to state their openness or resistance to continuing this new off-site way of working. Compensation policies, specifically geographic differentials, captured media attention as companies announced whether employees moving away from high-cost cities would have their salaries cut. In this session, you’ll hear about the latest research from Deloitte Consulting and Empsight regarding how companies are evaluating the impact of various remote work designs and how compensation and benefits are evolving as a result.

Greg is the leader of Deloitte Consulting’s U.S. Compensation Strategies Practice and serves on Deloitte’s Global Rewards Leadership Committee. He is also the global leader of Deloitte’s Job Architecture solutions. His expertise is focused on the design and implementation of strategic performance and reward systems, including job architecture, compensation and total reward strategies designed to enhance the attraction and retention of critical talent segments.
Greg has more than 30 years of experience in compensation, performance management and human resources. His clients represent a broad range of industries including financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, media, manufacturing, consumer products, professional services, government and non-profits.
