Building “healthy feedback cultures” is today’s business imperative. Why?
- As we move to models that adopt a philosophy of continuous conversations, feedback sits at the heart
- As we move away from ratings and assessments, feedback helps our people know where they stand
- Research tells us that growth-oriented feedback is the top driver in high-performing organizations
- Feedback is the underutilized reward
So how do we create a culture of effective feedback? Join us to learn the answer. We’ll take a fresh look at feedback, the roles each we play, and new habits, tools and skills that can get us going.
