Tamra Chandler is a principal in the People Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. Prior to joining EY, Tamra was founder and CEO of PeopleFirm LLC, managing partner for Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice, and executive of people and solutions at Hitachi Consulting. A nationally recognized thought leader, author, and speaker, Tamra has spent her 30-year career developing new ways for people and organizations to perform at their peak. She wrote How Performance Management is Killing Performance – and What to Do About It (2016) and Feedback (and Other Dirty Words): Why We Fear it, How to Fix it (2019).

Laura Grealish is a senior manager in the People Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. She brings over 20 years’ experience studying and applying the disciplines and science that help clients create thriving environments, high-performing teams, modern performance management techniques, and customized learning and development programs. Laura embraces a “craftsman mindset” as she gathers insights across industries and people disciplines. Laura is the co-author of Feedback (and Other Dirty Words): Why We Fear It, How to Fix It, and speaks globally on the topics of feedback and performance management.
