Mae Lon Ding is President of Personnel Systems Associates in Anaheim, California. She has consulted for over 30 years in the areas of employee compensation and performance management. Her clients have included organizations in a wide variety of industries from Fortune 1000 to small business and nonprofit. She also provides expert witness testimony about compensation and performance issues in employment cases.
Ms. Ding is an instructor for WorldatWork. She has also taught classes in employee compensation management at the University of California at Irvine, the California State Universities, and at Chapman University
Ms. Ding has had articles published in the Journal of Compensation and Benefits, in Personnel, in The Personnel News, and in the Chapman University Economic Review. She is author of Survey Sources, For U.S. and International Employee Pay and Benefits a bibliography of over 1500 surveys.
KIAN BOLOORI, MBA, CCP, GRP, CSCP
MANAGER TOTAL REWARDS, MERIDIANLINK
Kian Boloori is a Manager Total Rewards at MeridianLink, a leading manufacturer of printed circuit boards. He handles compensation across North America, and is working with his company to revamp their job and pay structures globally. He was previously with National Technical Systems and Ingram Micro Inc.
Mr. Boloori is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP). He has been an instructor for Compensation 101 since 2013.
Mr. Boloori received his MBA at the UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business and his B.A. in History at UCLA.
