How we think about pay is ever-changing and 2020 put a spotlight on the topic. More than ever, we are trying to understand how remote work is changing the labor market and the implications on total rewards strategies, job design, geographic differentials and performance management. 2020 has also shown an increased emphasis on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) which will evolve the way we design incentives. Please join us as we invite compensation experts from Willis Towers Watson to share their perspectives on the future of pay. Joining us from Willis Towers Watson will be Mark Chen, Christina Hussong and Brian Ramirez. They will reserve the last 15 minutes of our time together for an open-forum Q&A, when you may ask them about any topics on your mind – so come with questions.
