We have been operating on all cylinders for a year now, in a reactive and uncertain state of pandemic overdrive during which many set strategic benefit planning aside. Now we are beginning the shift from COVID & ZOOM fatigue, to Regulation fatigue as the new administration moves swiftly during its first 100 days in an effort to rebuild the economy.
In this session participants will gain expert insight from a moderated panel on the Future of Benefits and Legislative Impact from the November election. Dawn Kazoleas, VP of HR & Compliance, Weber Metals and Founder of Holistic Resources will facilitate a discussion with Mike Sinkeldam, Mercer SoCal ERISA attorney and non-discrimination testing expert and Beth Umland Mercer’s National Director of Research for Health & Benefits focused on Vaccinations, Benefit Design, Compliance and Work from Home.
