Live Webinar

NEW: Non-OCCABA member may register for $30.

FREE for OCCABA members.

Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm (Pacific Time)

Pay Equity continues to be a growing area of concern and development.  Our pay equity presentation last year was one of the best attended sessions.  This year’s program picks up where last year’s program left off.  Our panel of three outstanding employment law attorneys will cover the following areas:

  1. Pay Equity Laws and recent amendments.
  2. Litigation updates.
  3. Practical advice and implications for compensation and HR management, especially considering the new COVID-19 reality.
  4. Answer your questions about pay equity

We have added 30 minutes to our normal program time to allow for more coverage of this critical area of legal compliance. We recommend that OCCABA members who did not attend last year’s pay equity presentation in May 2019 to download and review the slides in our member’s only section of the OCCABA web site. You must be a member and log in to the web site to download this file.

Presenting at this meeting will be:
