 Jennifer George

Jennifer George is a Partner at PwC in its P&O Tax group and is based in San Francisco. Before joining PwC, she was a partner in the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and a member of the Compensation & Benefits Group. For more than 18 years, Jennifer has focused her practice on assisting U.S. multinational companies with the legal and tax issues related to offerings of equity incentives and other benefits to employees and consultants outside the United States. Before joining Orrick, Jennifer worked in the global equity services group at Baker & McKenzie, LLP for almost 10 years and was a partner there. Jennifer graduated from law school from the University of San Francisco, magna cum laude, and earned a bachelor’s in business administration, concentration in accounting, from Emory University. She practiced as a CPA before attending law school.

 Scott Pollak

Scott Pollak is a Principal in PwC's People Analytics team and co-leader of Saratoga. He has over 25 years of measurement, research and benchmarking experience. Scott helps HR clients become more analytical about their people and their functions, through people analytics programs, processes and technology.  Client engagements have included workforce analytics and benchmarking, leadership dashboards, engagement surveys, workforce planning, predictive modelling and HR assessments. Working with a wide variety of technology, my clients have leveraged workforce intelligence solutions from Oracle, MicroSoft, SAP/BOBJ, SuccessFactors, Tableau and more.  Clients appreciate his readiness to take on challenging, and often complex projects and use his natural curiosity and sense of adventure, to uncover issues and develop creative approaches to gain data-driven insights.  He is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences on the topic of People Analytics, including, SHRM, HR Planning Society, WorldatWork, and many more.
