Dana knows that the power of a “thank you” can go a long way, and for the past 7 years she has worked with dozens of organizations in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego to help them provide meaningful recognition for their employees. She is an expert in building recognition strategies to help shape an organization’s desired culture. Dana has nearly 20 years of professional experience in sales and account management.
