Price Waterhouse Coopers
Projecting and understanding medical and prescription cost trends represents a major employer concern as the employer’s largest benefits expense. Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) has regularly tracked and evaluated these developments through its national research survey in order to develop greater insights in medical cost management. In this webinar, our presenter will be considering a number of important economic and political factors that are influencing the practices of health care providers and employers, and ongoing case management:
- Projected medical cost trends
- Hospital and inpatient services and prescription drug costs
- Distinctions in branded and generic drugs
- Legislative and economic factors shaping drug pricing
