Willis Towers Watson
The Employee Value Proposition (EVP) has been traditionally known as the balance of the rewards and benefits that are received by employees in return for their performance within the workplace. This model is becoming increasingly competitive for employers who need to effectively distinguish their associations, offerings, and environment to meet employee interests, competencies, and experience(s). In this presentation, we will:
- Evaluate Willis Towers Watson’s latest research on Total Rewards and EVP
- Discuss the implications for appropriate Total Rewards program designs
- Consider the broader implications for the HR profession
